​Meredith took a circuitous route to the construction industry. She began by managing maintenance and make-readies on her own rental properties in Austin, TX. This quickly evolved into a property management business through Realtor referrals. Her clients appreciated the project management skills, design ideas and attention to detail she brought to updating rental properties. Theyb started hiring her to remodel their own homes. When she moved to Colorado, she dropped the tenant work and launched True Design Build, Ltd., focusing solely on reimagining clients' homes. She remains a real estate investor and brings a value-concious perspective to every project. 

​Anne first started her career in  fashion  where she worked for Condé Nast and then at the corporate headquarters of Calvin Klein, Inc.  She transitioned to design by attending Boston Architectural College for graduate school, while also working at a start-up in the building industry. Anne co-owns Briar Design LLC and has a staff of five back on the East Coast who provide back office support and a wealth of knowledge to her projects in Colorado.  
 
She prides herself on the ability to work fluently in a range of aesthetics. She engages clients in the process to whatever extent they prefer, and genuinely enjoys collaboration.  She handles new-builds and large scale renovations, as well as room-by-room refreshers.
